In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive
on Distance Selling, the following Terms & Conditions
must be agreed to before your order can be processed.

1) Guarantee of Quality: Qarshi UK Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect. guarantees that all products are of the highest quality, and that the products meet the required standards for the purpose they were intended.

2) Payment Options: Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect accepts all major credit and debit cards (no minimum) and uses a secure payment system, WorldPay, which has been developed in association with the NatWest Bank PLC.

3) Returns Procedure: Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect makes every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your order not being delivered within 20 working days from the despatch date (Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays not included) customers should advise Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect. Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect will make every effort to locate your order, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund. If your order arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect within 3 days of receipt. In this case customers must return the item to Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect, proof of posting will be required. Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect will either replace the item upon confirmation that the damaged item has been returned or make a refund.

4) Refunds: Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place order.

5) Delivery Methods & Times: Standard service deliveries within the United Kingdom are made by Royal Mail 2nd Class, unless Express delivery is requested Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow an extra working day for delivery to remoter areas and at Christmas time. For more information about delivery times for the rest of the world see Shipping Information or through the Shipping Charges link on any page. Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect will make every effort to despatch orders within 48 hours.

Please note that certain orders MUST be signed for on delivery. If no-one is available on the first day to accept delivery, a card will be left through the consignee's letter box or sent by post if there is no visible post box, advising an attempt to deliver had been made and indicating the local delivery depot's contact details. Deliveries by Parcelforce are attempted three times (first delivery day, next working day, then after one week), thereafter parcels must be collected from the local delivery depot (Parcelforce or their agents worldwide). If Royal Mail deliver on behalf of Parcelforce and no-one is available on the first day of delivery, the consignee will have to contact their local delivery office, supplied on the card, to re-arrange delivery or to collect the parcel. If not collected within 21 days, parcels are returned to sender and a redelivery charge will be made to deliver again at twice the original delivery cost as we are charged for the return and redelivery of all parcels. Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect cannot be held responsible for delivery delays on international consignments caused by destination customs.

6) Retention of Title: This remains with Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect. until the goods are paid for in full.

7) Delivery Charges: These are automatically added to the cost of the hampers as part of the process of submitting an order.

8) Insurance: Liability insurance is included.

9) Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties: These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.

10) Application of Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT is included in the cost of each product.

11) Order Confirmations: Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, with payment made through the secure server of WorldPay, you will receive two e-mails. An 'Order Confirmation' from Qarshi UK Ltd and a 'Transaction Authorised' from WorldPay. If you submit an order requesting payment by any other method you will receive an 'Order Confirmation' once payment has been made.

12) Stock Levels: Our shopping basket system is operated using an inventory with stock in hand. Confirmed orders indicate the item(s) ordered are in stock. If for any reason the stock levels show an item temporarily out of stock or insufficient quantity to meet the customers demands, please contact us by e-mail at info@qarshiuk.com and we will advise the date that stock item
will be available again.

13) Confirmation of Despatch: Confirmation of despatch of orders will be sent by e-mail on despatch or shipment of all orders, showing consignment tracking number with date and time of despatch. Tracking of orders can be accessed through our website normally after 24-48 hours from despatch.

14) Invoices: Invoices are available to be collected on-line as soon as the Confirmation of Despatch e-mail has been received. We only send invoices by post within the UK to Companies and customers without e-mail addresses.

Our office administration hours are 09.00 - 17.00 hrs, UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Outwith these hours you can leave messages that will be responded to during normal working hours.

16) Data Protection: Qarshi Uk Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect does not sell to anyone its database of customers and information contained on customers remains confidential to the company. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will may e-mail or write to you in the future unless you have advised us otherwise. Should you wish to contact us regarding our Privacy Policy please contact our Operations Department, by e-mail - operations@qarshiuk.com.

17) Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary and delivery delays may occur as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Qarshi UK Ltd. In such circumstances Qarshi UK Ltd t/a KalonjiDirect will not be liable to pay compensation.

22) If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by e-mail to info@Qarshiuk.com or by phone - UK 08700 111 786 or International telephone +44 8700 111 786. All complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.

23) Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
